About Us

About Us

We created Rocky Mountain Short Sales in 2012 a result of the ever-growing need for foreclosure solutions in today’s residential real estate market. Many short sale processing companies don’t take their role seriously enough and do little to ease the everyday concerns of all parties involved.
After 7 years of working short sales for another firm and hundreds of transactions later, we realized the need for a different type of short sale management company and Rocky Mountain Short Sales is that vision. We focus on transparency and communication, two critical pieces to any real estate transaction. Both real estate brokers and homeowners have come to love our personal, strategic based approach over the years and we hope you’ll come to love our exceptional results in the near future.
We have a clear understanding of how to navigate the market and lender road-blocks to successfully complete a short sale transaction in Colorado. Because we are only paid at closing, we are tremendously persistent and never give up.

We successfully handle:

  • Severe HOA Delinquency
  • Property & Structural Damage
  • Tenant Issues
  • IRS & Colorado Dept. of Revenue Liens
  • Personal Judgments, Credit Card and Medical Liens
  • Mortgage Insurance Issues
  • Bankruptcy
  • Divorce
  • Death
  • Out-of-State Owners

No situation is too complex or troublesome. We always commit to point you in the right direct, even if it is not us.

Our Philosophy

We believe that bad things can happen to good people and that everyone should have a fair chance in avoiding foreclosure. Many mortgage lenders, through trying to limit their own liability and exposure, don’t always give the best advice to their customers. Remember, they are trying to recover as much as possible on their loan, not necessarily give you the best advice for your situation.

We always strive to complete the review that your lenders should:
• What is the best possible solution for the borrower?
• What could allow the borrower to stay in the property the longest?
• How can the borrower limit future obligations?
• What government programs and incentives are available?
• What are other viable options?

Many times, the best solution is a short sale but in some instances, it just doesn’t make any sense. We’ll always review your situation for free and make the best recommendation for your specific case. We commit to always point you in the right direction, even if it is not us. You’ll never be pressured and our goal is that you’ll be able to make an informed decision that is the best possible fit for your needs. Let us show you how we can help.
